Kay will not be attending the 55th reunion as she is having surgery on her shoulder on June 24th. Dick and Kay moved to Colorado in 1973 with their eight children. They live in Lakewood about 8 miles west of central Denver. Dick retired from Coors and Kay retired from the Weston Hotel. They love Colorado and seldom get back to Illinois.

Taken in '06 Grampa Gary, Gramma Jan and 5 grandkids. The 2 babies ae now 3 years old. The grandson on the right(yes w/ long hair) is now 18 and the GRANDSON who is Army and waiting to deploy in June. We have 2 -18-year-olds, 1- 8 year old and 2 -3-year-olds.
Gary at ranch 3‘-09 Biggest Crappie he ever saw or caught! 16 ½ “ long and 2.6 lbs.

A little nostalgia
Several years ago a Facebook posting prompted Don Snodgrass to search for a video filmed in Mount Morris in 1957. He finally found the below video buried in an old archive and decided to post it here. Watch it closely and you will recognize many familiar faces including Lou Behrens who plays the part of the hired recreation superintendent. Superficially, you may find it corny at best. Nonetheless, it reminds us just how fortunate we all were to have lived it.
